The GATE score is vaild upto 3 years. You can use your score for admissions into masters courses but i as far as i know the for PSU's the recent GATE score is required.

As I can see here, the forms for IOCL recruitment are not out yet and are scheduled to be made available is a few days. The last date for application is not announced till yet either. And same goes in the case of BHEL.

As you were also know that your score is not much good wether you secured good rank but for NITIE Mumbai you have to get 700+ marks for getting a call from NITIE.....
On the other hand for PGDIE....you will see more competitive course in NITIE, bcz old is gold

See the marks u have scored is not that much enough for u to get admissioned in the good courses offered in the mechanical stream by the JNTU for pursuing ur higher studies. The only course u will be getting is ENGINEERING DESIGN.
