It will be hard to predict exact cutoff of jee mains but according to previous year cutoffs lowest cutoff is 49 for OBC . So you may not be qualified. So I would advise to reappear in April session to score some more marks .

no,gate will be conducted for 24 subjects which are belong to science and engineering stream.apart from that you'll have mathematics,ecology and evolution, and statistics in gate.
