So,I am giving you the fee structure of IIT Madras,

According to me , all rest  IIT will take approx same fee.

As per your score and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in first round are:-

Yes the Gate Scholarship is applicable in BITS Pilani MTech Program.

But the process would take some time as it is said that MHRD first rolls out the scholarship to IITs and NITs and then to private institutions like BITS.

Hey Aspirant, you have managed to get a considerable score in GATE 2019.

With a score of 656 out of thousand in general category for Computer Engineering branch it is hard to get into the above two IITs you have asked.

Iit's cutoff for gate is the minimum score required for admission into mtech programmes across various iit's. Candidates who scored equal marks or more than cutoff of marks of gate iit's will be considered for admission into mtech programmes.
