Usually there are very less number of vacancy for the cse students and this is the reason why the cut off is high for the cse students in most of the cases more than 60.

Do subjectwise tests help in gate if we attempt more of subjectwise test and 4-5 full length tests

When you have more time you can give subject wise test when you are preparing for each subject one by one.But when you don't have much time you should start giving full length test.

As I see the cut off trends of NITIE college, your GATE score must be more than 420+ for ST category.

According to your marks you should be eligible for PSU and will be offered an interview chance. It will also depend on the post that you are applying for and the companies that you want to join. Also keep a track of other eligibility criteria of the PSUs

As you have a medium gate good score with your rank and score in gate and as you have reservation of OBC so we can't expect a good IIT ,but we can expect  a good NIT  .so you can hope many exams which are suitable for gate .
