Karnataka PGCET exam is conducted for admission to M.Tech course in the affiliated colleges.Admission is also done on the basis of GATE scores. Candidates with valid GATE scores need not appear for PGCET exam.

You can get job in DRDO if there is vaccancy for the branch with which you do B-Tech. It does not discriminate on basis of college. Just you need to have cutoff of DRDO in gate exam and clears the further round (interview).
