Yes you can but to clear GATE exam in need a lot of preparation and chemical engineering and if you able to crack the exam in chemical engineering then no one can stop you and taking admission in chemical engineering for MTech in any IIT so irrespective of your graduation

the minimum marks you should get is that around 55-60 out of 100 to get the IIT colleges so work hard and get the seat in the IIT college
