GATE is for doing PG courses in Engineering and Architecture.
You have to write GATE after B.E or in the final year of B.E, not before that.

No. My Friend. To apply for GATE 2019, either you should have completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology or you can apply in the last semester of your course. In your case, 6 semester.
