Definitely You can pursue your M.Tech. in Computer Science , All you need is to Qualify GATE in CS Stream, After that you can get admission in college. Some college demand, Degree in Computer Science but IITs don't demand it. You can get admision by scoring good marks

• Chances with IIt Kharagpur and IIT delhi look very low.

Congratulations, On this score you can IIT Gandhinagar for your M.tech. in Computer Science and Engineering. Previous year, For IITs, Cutoff was above 750 for M.tech in CSE. For IIT Gandhinagar, It was 600. Apart from that you can get NITs.
