Sorry to inform but for IITs its very low score,try state colleges and apply fir CCMT(for NITs)
For finding or converting the CGPA to percentage
The percentage of marks can be calculated as follows:
Example:
If a student have got total 9.6 CGPA,
Total CGPA = 9.6
Chances are less to get into NIT and IIT with this score so you can consider this as a disadvantage and as you have qualified Gate so if you are eligible to get the stipend but for that you need to take admission as state and private colleges you can
