Since the qualifying score is 25, you do not have options to go further in the process. You can appear for GATE 2019 with ample amount of preparation.

Practise all the previous years papers of GATE to gain more confidence in the preparation.

Without qualifying the GATE,you are not eligible to get admission into NITs & IITs.
