No, your score is very less even after your quota. So you will not be shortlisted this year. My advice will be to try it next time by preparing better.

This year the qualifying marks forinstrumentation branch for general in GATE 2017 is 34.2% and you have got 41.36 % in the year 2018 which is accordingly good score in GATE for instrumentation as you know you have just qualified in GATE because as you know the qualifying

According to SC it is really a good score and as far as i know you will get some good PSUs and you will get admission in good NIT and IIT college also.
