If you are lucky enough..Check last years cutoff for your respective field you will get enough information on it.If you want from prestigious one's it is very difficult as they have cutoff around 70 for general.

There is no reserved seat for Nepali students in the M.tech programme through GATE. There are caste-based reservations though i.e., for SC/ST/OBC. But the nationality for claiming those too should be Indian.
