Yes I am sure. You see many times they dont specify much. What they have said is degree in engineering. This means that you should have the degree while applying. If you are a final year student, then this wont apply because your degree comes after May I think. However,
Not really. OU, JNTUH - admissions will be through TS PGECET. However GATE qualified candidates need not appear for the entrance test. They will have a separate application process and will be given preference over TS PGECET candidates. Applications will be common through TS PGECET website. Pls check that.
