I would suggest you to check the OBC Central List, if your category is recognised at the Central Level, then you can fill OBC in the application form, otherwise not.

It is quite difficult to say about your prediction results but you can wait after they annoounce their cutoff score.
unfortunately, they are not offering any courses currently on mechanical engineering and they are offering the master of science not master of technology.
