Hai sheikh,

If you are qualified in gate exam ,
Then you go to government colleges (it may be state government or central government ).

If you admission in private college,  may be you got fees concessions but not sure about stipend( it depends on college)

All the PSUs have different registration dates but most of them have started in this month only so you will have to fill those forms as well and generally the registration process for PSUs get started before Gate exam and it continues for few PSUs after Gate entrance also.

To be able to get admission in PSU's, you will have two ways - either you can apply through GATE (Graduate Aptitute Test in Engineering), an entrance exam at post graduation level or choose to apply directly to PSU's.
