NIFTEM and Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology are two institutes that you can look at. NIFTEM is best as it is primarily for Foor Technology. Non of the IITs or NITs offer this course.

Different PSUs have different qualifying marks percentage criteria. Some of the PSUs offer admission based to candidates with 60% marks in qualifying exam, while some take 65% as qualifying criteria. So, you need to be specific and check that particular PSU for eligibility criteria. Whichever PSU has 60%
