As you have mentioned that you are in second year pursuing BA as if your graduation completed in 2022 ie if you get graduation completion certificate in 2022 then you must be eligible for gate 2022 but if your graduation complete after 2022 you are not eligible for writing gate

There are few colleges and universities that offer this course and fewer universities and colleges that offer this degree to an IT background student. You can also pursue it from abroad
