The cutoff for Computer Science engineering through GATE was 3593, if you are from Delhi and General Category. The IPU CET for CS does not hold any entrance exam. They consider GATE scores for CSE.

See there is no PSU through GATE ebooks for CS preparation. Only GATE preparation. You have to qualify in GATE and get high scores, apply to PSUS and there will be interviews and group discussions directly on the basis of GATE scores.
