You can make a request for change of examination city till November 17, 2017 with an additional fee to be paid online using GOAPS. Apart form this, you can drop a mail to your zonal center as they will be helping you for the same. Hope this helps!!!

It depends what you are applying for like M.Tech admissions to IITs and CCMT considers best score of both whereas if you want to go for PSU then it does not matter as it depends upon the particular score as per year asked by PSU like few of them recruit
