You need to score more than 60 marks in GATE to be eligible for PSU recruitment.

Assuming you are asking for total number of seats/vacancies in IES and PSU. So IES is conducted only for CE,ME,EE,ECE and in PSUs number of seats varies year to year and post wise like in 2016 there were around 39 vacancies in IOCL and in PowerGrid only 2 vacancies were
