Candidates should have obtained BE/ B. Tech / Master of Science or equivalent degree with at least 60% marks or CGPA of 6 out of 10 for General and OBC candidates. The minimum percentage marks in the qualifying exam for SC/ST & PD candidates is 55% marks or CGPA

see the general eligibility criteria for GATE exam is candidates who are currently in final year of three years b.sc course/ bachelors degree  or third or 4th year course of b.tech or already completed graduation or masters or in second years of masters course are eligible to apply.

Yes, VIT Vellore accepts JEE score. I think you should check the dates, but i don't think the admission is still open there out. You may go through the official sites to know more.

GATE examination has no age limit. The minimum eligibility criteria is that the candidate is required to have passed graduation in engineering/technology or a master’s degree in any relevant science subject. Candidates in the pre-final or final year of their qualifying degree also

How come you got a admission without 12th for undergraduate ,sorry to inform you can't take admission in llb without 12th as it is basic eligibility ,

The Eligibility for llb is 10+2+3 with 55% marks atleast.as studing law doesn't consider age and there is no such upper
