see there is very few institute in India offers m.tech course in robotics, among iits/ iisc, IIT kanpur has m.tech course on robotics and automation. however eligibility conditions states the students from background of  Aero Engg, Comp Sc, Elect/Electro/Comm Engg, Mechatronics/Instrum Engg are eligible to apply.

see cutoff score changes every year and it varies with certain determining factors  like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category and so on. however at this score it is quite difficult to secure structural engineering in nits, even north east nits which is very popular

Hi Aspirant,

No in order to give gate a candidate must pursue engineering.For appearing in GATE, the applicant needs to be at least a bachelor's degree holder in engineering or at least a master's degree holder, like MSc in any science stream, including statistics and computer science.

If we go through the analysis of previous year's GATE score Vs College allotment than according to the GATE 2021 score mentioned by you in the query you have very less chances of getting any of the IITs for VLSI because their cut-offs are somewhere around 700-750+ marks
