for admission in M.Tech courses you need to attempt you need to attempt GATE examination.if not GATE examination then you have to attemt the entrance exam conducted by particular institutions.

you can do M Tech and PHD. There is no mention of age limit for these courses in IITS. I have gone through their admission Bulletin. I am planning to do M Tech from IITs @47
in bis 2019 recruitment candidates were selected according to gate score, after the interview process selected candidate will get joining email, however due to lock down many of the exams get cancelled and some of the companies have slow down the recruitment process. so I suggest you to check
