Hello swaroop !! No,you cannot give GATE examination in third year of your graduation ,you must complete the final year .But ,you can appear for gate while pursuing final year .Eligibility is to pass your graduation ,there is no requirement of minimum pass percentage ,no age limit and no limits

The cut off marks varies for each branch and PSU. It is difficult to mention the minimum marks required.Usually cut off for general category candidates will be above 65, for SC/ST candidates 50-70 marks, for OBC 55-65 marks.Cut off is subjected to change every year.You can see more
