There is no such age limit for gate exam. You can give it after 4 years of your B.E. or B.tech or after that also.

Generally every year GATE registration starts on 1st sept till 30th sept . Almost this year also GATE 2020 registration will begins on same date. 

No, you can't be able to get a job in ISRO after completing 5 years intregeted Mtech course from any engineering college or university.

Either you have to crack gate exam with a good score or you have to crack the exam conducted by ISRO for jobs.
