Every year the cutoff rank changes so based on your score and marks you have very less chances because it also depends in which category you belongs so i suggest you to check for other colleges as well of your choice.

Their will be always a fixed date for every documental works in any allotted process for admission in colleges. It is possible to submit chalan before the the fixed date given by the centalised seat allotment authority. But if you missed the date of payment then it will create

Emails are definitely sent to the eligible candidates but you have to identify the spams and the original mail. Most of the mail's are spam and are the reason to irrtairr the students and parents. 

Emails are sometimes not sent by the college so you have to stay updated.
