Yes you can apply for TANCA 2019 through your GATE score.All GATE and TANCET qualified students can apply for the TANCA counselling process.First preference would be given for GATE qualified students and then for TANCET qualified students based on the order of merit.You can also write TANCET 2019

• knowledge is gained after pursuing an M.Tech.
• Research scope within the institute
• Exposure 
• peer group
• Amount of time and effort spent in teaching assistantship.

As you belong to SC category, with 193 marks you will qualify NEET 2019 examination. But to get a seat in government colleges is not possible. The cutoffs are although less than general category but don't reach upto such a level.
