YES, There is a percentage of seat reserved for female candidates in NIT's and IIT's. The reservation percentage has been incresed this year.

See the marks u have scored is enough for u to get admissioned in the NITs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interes. U might not be able to secure a seat in the IITs. U can also opt for other good state colleges

I'm sorry to say this, while you do have decent rank, it isn't enough to get admission in NITs or CFTIs. In order to have the slightest chance at the premier institutions like NITs, you need to have 1000AIR for general and 1500 for SC/STs.

With this much marks and as you said your category is SC you have fairly decent chances of getting a call from PSUs. You can appear in BARC, ISRO, apply for Vizag STEEL.
