Hi Shubham,
As per youe score in GATE 2019 to get PSU is difficult. Generally in mechanical the total score should be above 800 for OBC category.

i have done same mistake and do mail to different iits also but didn't get any reply

This year paper was little easy one. So the cutoff for all PSUs will not come to lower than 70 marks more chance is that it will be even more than 75. So by getting 40.33 you have very low chances for getting any psu for this marks.
