Since you have appeared for GATE CSE, you can get admissions in M.Tech CSE and its related domains and also some of the interdisciplinary domains like biomedical engineering, nano-technology etc.

At this rank, you cannot get call from PSUs and older IITs, but i think you may get call from newer IITs and some of the NITs. But that will also depend on your category. Some of the IITs conduct written exam and interview, so inspite of having less marks

You might have some chance of making into some of the top IITs and NITs subject to stream that you want to take up for your specialisation.

The GATE cutoff majorly depends upon the GATE score. With this score you can easily apply for old IITs.... IIT Roorkee at least is easily possible to get. You can also try in IIT Kharagpur, IIT Kanpur, etc.
