we're really sorry for the inconvinience caused. IIT hyderabad has it's own cut off criteria branch wise. every year the cut off list is reconstructed on the basis of difficulty level of the question papers.

Hello Rahul, the best college that you can get, depends upon your choice of course/branch in your M.Tech. Since you haven't mentioned anything about it, I can only tell you the parameters on the basis of which you can assess your chances of getting into any college.

Your marks are bit less.But as you belong from SC category you have the slight chance of getting any medium to lower ranked NITs.You can apply for private Colleges and state government colleges.You should prefer to take a year drop for the preparations.You can for Colleges on Careers360

If you are getting the seats according to the college predictor ,you should surely go for it. The college predictor shows the colleges depending upon the previous cutoff pattern.And the cutoff for OBCs is less than General category students.So you might get these seats.
