If you are in GEneral category or even OBC's category then it will be really tough to get NIT's for Mtech. To get into NIT's for Mtech you must have a GATE score of above 550 at least.

As the counselling i.eJOSSA is not yet started .You should wait till the result of JEE Advance.
JOSSA is centralised counselling for IITs and NITs/IIITs/GFTIs

Yes you can get iits and NITs but first of all mention your branch so that I can mention the colleges which you will be get.

Congratulations on getting good scores. You have not provided your category. Without it , it would be quite difficult to predict your chances as your category plays a major role in the cut offs.
GATE 2019:
The GATE exam was conducted this year by IIT Madras. Around 900,000

Your score is a little less.As per the previous years cutoffs for PSUs you have no chance of getting a call from PSUs even if you belong from reserved category.You can apply for M.Tech in new IITs and some NITs.If you wish you can take a year drop
