See u have got a very low score which is on the verge of the cut off of EEE stream in GATE exam. Ur score is not enough for u to get any of the good national level colleges like NITs and IITs for pursuing higher studies in

You can aply for all PSU having vaccancy for civil engineers like

AAI, HPCL,IOCL,NFL,NPCIL,NLC,ONGC,PGCIL,THDC, BARC,CIL, HAL, NALCO and many more.

But you have not very strong to definately get any job. It depends on your luck. So apply for all the PSUs.
