Congratulations for getting good score in gate. For 810 score in ECE paper you have fair chances of getting top IITs like kanpur, kharagpur, bombay, roorkee etc..

I would recommend you also to apply for PSUs since you have some chances of getting some of PSUs after further selection

Based on previois year trends in asmission into NITs and IITs, you have only less chances with them. 

IIT Dhanbad 

NIT Hamirpur

are having cutoffs neae 500 in last years.And all other NITs and IITs having above 510.some chances are there with above two.
