You will have to register through COAP for M.Tech admissions into IITs. Tentative dates for viewing of offers and making decision by a candidate for round 1 is May 14-16.

hello aspirant,
for you especially depending up on marks there are more chances for you in NIT'S rather than in IIT'S, as per your category.
since IIT colleges requires a range above 800 marks and also you should satisfy category cutoff..

Hello,
The GATE 2019 cutoff for civil engineering is 18.8 for PWD category. With your marks it is hard to get admission in PSU but you can get a seat in NITs, if not in the tier-1 NITs but surely in tier 2 or 3 nit colleges. The college wise

Sorry to say you but with this rank getting PSU is very hard.You can try for new IITS and NITS.
