It is difficult to get into old IIT with this score.But, every year cut off changes so you might get into any better ranked iit.Hope for the best.

First of all, heartily congratulations to you on clearing your GATE exam. Since, you wish to take admission in NITs , let me tell you that all NITs take admission in ME/M.tech through CCMT (Central Counseling for Mtech) process only. 

Every candidate who has qualified GATE is required

As per your score and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in second or third round are:-
