While taking admission in NIT'S OR IIT'S Gate score will be considered in the admission procedure.

As Gate score was valid for three years that will be scaled and can be used for three years. So admission will be based on that only.

Its hard to say as because lot many factors depends on your caste ,specially aged ,graduation percentage , so i would like to suggest you to check our tool for PSU & Colleges , kindly refer the below link along with the check the cut off as well

Dear Prashant every GATE score is valid for 3 years. So both your scores are valid for 3 years from the day the results have been announced. So the better score will be considered. Infact, when you apply for colleges for admissions, you will have to fill in the scores

Dear Komal, did you mean POSOCO? The final date for updating the GATE 2019 details for registered candidates was March 1st. The last date has been closed and was not extended. Sorry to disappoint you but you missed the chance to update your GATE details. 

Hi Shubhi, the cutoff for IITs vary every year based on various factors like number of test takers, difficulty level of exams, number of seats available, caste etc. Since you have not told me which caste you belong to, I would consider and tell cutoff for general. However going by
