I think  with this rank you can't expect any NIT's or IIT's for Structural bracnch.

You can try Anna University or Osmania University. You can also try JNUTH.

If you want IIT's then you have to opt for indisciplinary courses.

Iit's cutoff for gate is the minimum score required for admission into mtech programmes across various iit's. Candidates who scored equal marks or more than cutoff of marks of gate iit's will be considered for admission into mtech programmes.
