GRE requires lot of Preparation for verbal ability section as you need to memorize lot of words.

You can refer to book by Normal lewis known as 'Wrd power made Easy.'

For Quantitative Aptitude and Logical Reasoning, you can refer to books by Chandresh Agarwal as difficulty level is moderate

No the coaching for GRE is not sufficient for GATE preparation.

For a Masters in Fine arts from abroad, Universities usually do not require a GRE score for their programs barring some universities. They do, however, require an English proficiency score.

Mostly, universities in Germany doesn't require GRE scores. IELTS is enough. Besides that,one has to learn German language. Moreover each specific University has its own criteria of requirements. You can check that particular university website for more information.

GRE exam is available at 1000 test centres across 160 countries.
The exam comprises 340 marks out of which above 300+ is considered good and above 325 is best.
The exam is online based and uses normalization method for coming to results.
The exam is required with atleast 3months preparation
