Hello,
I hope you are doing well, You can get courses of Ethical Hacking & Cyber security from private institutes. There are many institutes and don't ask for your education they look for your interest. But since you are from medical line you will face some problem getting admission in such institutions. Many institutes had a criteria of any technical degree like BSC CA or BE or CS. It depends on the institute. But since you are interested in Cyber security you should look for institute that are close to your city. I would suggest you take the online courses of Cyber security because they will provide you the Certificate and would also recommend you to the companies. It would be easier for you to look for jobs. The courses might vary from 6 months to 2 years. It depends on your package that you take.
I hope you find this information helpful. I wish you all the best for your future.
