iit bombauy is way better tha iit guwahti, as there are mnay facilities than iit guwahtias well the faculty is also good. and iit bombay has the better job opartunities for the students. so go  fot iit bombay.

Hi Sidhant :) The eligibility criteria is just passing the 12th boards for pursuing Graphic designing in most of the colleges in India so you need not worry about the percentage. The best colleges which you can consider taking admission in are- National Institute of Design (Ahmedabad), Pearl Academy, NIFT (Delhi), IDC (IIT Bombay), MIT Institute of Design(Pune), Srishti School of Art Design and Technology, Indian School of Design and Innovation (Mumbai), Banaras Hindu University, Delhi College of Art, Department of Design (IIT Guwahati).

sir I want to do BBA in finance and in additional i want to do graphics designing and web development too ?

Yes you can pursue both the courses together. You can Choose BBA in Finance as regular course and do graphic designing or a multimedia course as a Bsc course from institutions like Arena Multimedia, Maac etc.
BSc course a 3 year course in animation and multimedia is not literally a regular course as you will be required to go thrice in a week and that too for an hour or 2 hour class. It can very institute to institute.
So you can do both the courses as per your choice and interest.
