Well all if them offer good to average placements , faculty and on point curriculum , choice should be yours completely but from an external point of view banasthali(its quite old and has a name in education) is quite a good option , first of all, their fee structure is not too high as it is in upes also cse branch in banasthali is quite reputed , good faculties also the average package in banasthali goes upto 4lacs per annum and highest goes upto 10lacs in cse branch(though highest packages are subjective mainly depend upon the quality of students of a particular year)

The fee structure for B.tech. course in Gaphic Era University,Dehradun is 2.75 rupees per annum,which is 9.57 lakhs at the end of the course,they also provide scholarships  to the students on the basis of  their achievements in the qualifying/ Entrance level examinations. 

Here is the list of scholarships provided by them:

Up to Rs 50,000/- B.Tech C.S.E.

Up to Rs 60,000/- B.Tech (IT, ME, CE, EE, ECE)

Up to Rs 25,000/- BBA, B.Com.

Up to Rs 20,000/- BCA

Up to Rs 10,000/- MCA

Up to Rs 8,000/- M.Tech

10%  Additional waiver on net tuition fee for girl candidates.
