Passport Size Photo, Anna University Allotment Order (Receipt), Community Certificate, if applicable, Transfer Certificate, All qualifying mark sheets, Entrance Exam Scorecard, and Date of birth proof are the documents that shortlisted candidates must bring to personal interviews and group discussions.

There are no group discussions for admissions. The shortlisted candidates for Ph.D. and M.Tech. are interviewed by a panel of subject experts. And for B.Tech admissions, NIFTEM only considers JEE Main rank, and they do not conduct group interviews similar to Ph.D. applications.
