Tell me by any chance were you caught by the invigilator during your examination?This might be one of the reasons for holding up your result.
Other possibility is simply a delay from the examiners in submitting the final markslist or a malfunction in one

GSEB stands for Gujarat State Education Board, while GSHSEB stands for Gujarat State Higher Secondary Education Board.
GSEB is responsible for conducting exams till secondary, while as GSHSEB conducts higher secondary school certificate exam, i.e. 12th standard's.

First of all,
You have to take stamp paper and write your correct name and do affidavit from a Lawyer and submit to GSEB.
Then fill the application form and submit it at "Vidhyan",Sector 10-A,Gandhi Nagar.
Basically GSEB stands for Gujarat secondary education board and GSHSEB stands for Gujarat secondary and higher secondary education board.
GSEB conducts board exams for 10th standard students where as GSHSEB takes care of the examination held for higher secondary or 12th standard students.
