The eligibility criteria to get into Geeta Engineering College  in B.Tech program is that the candidates must have passed 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. The candidate must have also secured at least 45% marks for B.Tech admission. Apart from that, the selection of the candidates in B.Tech is done on the basis of the score obtained in JEE Main  or Haryana CEET. Good Luck!

Candidates can change their course while they are in the first year of the engineering programme. Since all the subjects in the first year of college are same for each degree course, you will be able to change your course programme from Civil to CSE.

For this, you will be required to approach the admission office of your institute and consult them for the procedure. Am sure, you will find no problem in changing your course programme.
