in gseb hsc board exam I used blue pen instead of black pen in omr so what happen now!

Amit Banarjee 12th Mar, 2020

Hello !

Mostly black ball pen is used to fill OMR sheet. But if you can use blue ball pen also, no issue. First read the instructions given in question paper carefully before filling omr sheet. Black ball point pen gives more contrast and more area is filled faster. And OMR is all related to filling circles. That's why black ball point pen is preferred. But if you have used blue ball point pen, its certainly no issue and you don't have to worry about anything.

Best of Luck !

Sonali Sahu Student Expert 23rd Mar, 2020

Hello,

Your part is to appear the exam. How you will receive mark sheet and in what number depends on board. They are the sole person who decide how to make mark sheet which will be easy use for students.

so don't worry about that part. Read , practice regularly so that you perform well this time.

Hope it helps!

I will pass 12 hsc gseb exam with 70% . can I give second attempt next year?

Koyel Bagchi 8th Feb, 2020

Hello,

To give amy exam there is no boundary about your present score.

But if you have the chances with this score then you must utilize it.

If you think you have the confidence to gain better in next attempt only then you can go for it.

Hope for the best.

Thank you.

For jee advanced we need 75% aggregate. Which subjects(also mention for practicals marks inclusion) are included in that aggregation in GSEB boards? Also what was percentage of students scoring 90 percentile in GSEB HSC exam?

Sonali Sahu Student Expert 3rd Feb, 2020

Hello,

Here is the eligibility criteria for admission into IIT through JEE Main:-

  1. Candidate should have qualified jee advance exam  to apply for counselling process
  2. Students must have secured 75% aggregate marks in 12th exam. For reservation categories the percentage considered is 65% percentage.

This says that your all subjects are taken into consideration which means that if you have secured a percentage above 75% in 12th final year exam then only you can take part in counselling.

HSC percentage is not taken into consideration. Only 12th percentage is  kept in the eligibility criteria.

Hi,im given the exam Gseb Hsc science last year but i failed in main 3 subjects(pcb).so i will attempt the exam this year march 2020 only 3 subjects...nd this year syllabus was changed...so which syllabus I read..im so confused . current syllbaus(NCERT) or Old syllabus!??plz suggest me soon !!!

Shirin Pajnoo 25th Nov, 2019

Greetings!

i am not sure, but since you'll be appearing for examinations that you haven't cleared previously, I think it would be based on the old syllabus because if there are significant changes in the syllabus and you haven't been trained about that, they cant't ask you the questions. However, please contact your school or the board centre for being fully sure about this.
