Are there any recommended reference books or study materials for preparing for the GSEB SSC Science Exam?

Mallika Thaledder 20th Nov, 2024

It is always good to start with the official GSEB textbooks for Science, as they are designed to the curriculum and exam pattern. Make sure you’re familiar with the complete syllabus and focus on the important topics. Solve as many practice papers and sample questions as possible. Sometimes studying with peers can help clarify difficult concepts and provide diverse problem-solving approaches. Here are some recommended books and study materials that might help.

Check out the reference books below:

  1. "Science for Class 10" by R.D. Sharma: This book provides a comprehensive review of the Class 10 science syllabus and includes practice questions.

  2. "Objective Science for Class 10" by S. Chand: Good for practice with multiple-choice questions and objective-type questions.

  3. "NCERT Science for Class 10": Although the GSEB syllabus might differ slightly, the NCERT books provide a solid foundation and are often used as supplementary material.

Combining these resources with consistent study habits will help you prepare thoroughly for your GSEB SSC Science exam. Good luck!

mere 10th ke baad me kya lu samaj nhi ara merko indian army & defence me jana hai plzz reply

Mallika Thaledder 6th May, 2024

If you're not sure about what to do after the 10th and want to join the Indian Army and Defence, here are some options you can follow:

  1. Class 12: After clearing your 12th board exams, you can apply for Indian Army or Defence-related fields. You can choose any one stream among Science, Commerce, or Arts for your 12th. However, the Science stream provides more flexibility for Defence-related careers.

  2. NDA Entrance Exam: You can prepare for the National Defence Academy (NDA) exam after completing your 12th. Clearing this exam will lead to becoming an officer in the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force.

  3. Technical Courses: If you're interested in technical fields, you can pursue vocational courses or ITI (Industrial Training Institutes) courses after 10th, which can provide entry into technical roles in the Indian Army or Defence.

  4. Physical Fitness: Physical fitness is important for entry into the Indian Army and Defence forces. Engage in regular exercise and physical activities to improve your fitness, which will be beneficial during selection.

  5. Consult a Career Counselor: If you're confused about which field to choose or how to apply to the Indian Army or Defence, consulting a career counselor will be helpful for guidance.

Can MS OR BS physics student apply for ICRB?

Rohit Magdum 17th Oct, 2021
Dear aspirant,

After doing Msc. everytging depends upon your knowledge. If you dont have complete knowledge then clear all your basic and learn each and everything by giving at least 2 years since physics is a very strong and wo derful subject.

After the complete knowledge of physics you can prefer the competative examination which ISRO used to organize periodically every year.

After the exams you need to give interview which will test your complete knowledge of physics which will be based on Numericals portion.

Hopefully this will help you.
Thank you.

Is the syllabus reduced for repeaters?I am currently in internship of MBBS but due to having passed in hindi 10th being necessary for govt job I am giving hindi(I opted Sanskrit)day after tommorow and I will becomfortable to get confirmation about syllabus from reliable source rather than vague info

Sudeshna Dutta 22nd Oct, 2021

Hello Aspirant,

Hope you are doing well.

Yes, internship is required after completing the MBBS programme in order to get the degree.

The Medical Council of India will provide a registration certificate to the students when they have completed their internship. The internship will last for a total of twelve years.

After receiving a certificate from the Medical Body of India (MCI) or any state medical council, MBBS graduates may begin practising medicine.

Over the course of the internship, the applicant will be placed in a variety of sectors or clinical departments across a broad spectrum of specialities.

According to the most current update, the National Medical College has also introduced an obligatory internship in Ayurveda. The AYURVEDA internship will last for seven days total. 14 of the 17 positions are required, with the other three being optional.

The National Medical Center said that interns may pick from among Yoga, Ayurveda, Unani, Homeopathy, and Sidha Sowa Rigpa as electives for AYUSH.

Hope you got the answer to your question. Incase of any queries, feel free to question. Have a great day!
