cutoff depends on not only you score in entrance exam, it also depends on category of participants ,and the engineering stream you are applying for.

There are three top pharmacy D colleges :-

Hello, your hee percentile is very very low to fetch you a seat in any government colleges for engineering. So you have to go for private engineering colleges. Also your boards marks are quite good. So it might be an advantage.

But you cannot get admission in the the Universities

Thanks for asking your query without entrance exam of engineering you cannot gate admission in any state government engineering colleges,but you can get seats in private deemed Universities of Gujrat which has good placement and facilities.
