    Charutar university don't give merit on Only Gujcet basis..There are 60% of weitage for GSEB exams also..
    soo According to your GSEB score(60%) and 40% gujcet score your merit rank will be declared in ACPC admission.
    For charautar uni-Changa Your merit rank should be less than 6-7K for Topmost

    According to your score Your merit percentage will be around 70 percentage..& Your merit rank will be Around 10K to 13K..
    at this merit Rank You can't get LD engineering even not In the Rubber & plastic because LD merit is Below 4K-5K for The lowest field..

    Yes, she can get admission in medical.

    Along with GUJCET marks, the board marks will also matter. The aggregate of GUJCET and board marks, would give the merit marks which eventually decide, which college she can get admission into.

    According to Your Gujcet percentile Your chance to get Best colleges like LD institute,M.SU baroda,DDIT,SVIT are very low.
    For this Colleges you need to score Minimum 80+ percentile Becaus the cutoffs of this colleges are too high..So You have to plan according to It.

    Your Merit percentage is approx 75.
    At this percentage your merit rank will be around 4K-4.5K.
    You can get Gov college for CS field But The college not in City..Means Not Top colleges..

    what is best combination of board and gujcet marks to get into daiict from open category by acpc?

    The minimum eligibility to get admission in DAIICT is 98  percentile in GUJCET and 94 percentile in your class 12 PCM board exam. But this doesn't guarantee your admission.  The last year cutoff for DAIICT was 99.56 percentile with 60 :40 ratio for class 12th board to GUJCET.
