A rank is calculated based on the system where 60 percent weithage is given to gujrat board and 40 percent to GUJCET. It does not involve your percentile. It is unique system where rank is given on comparing score of all those who applied.

GUJCET is conducted for admission to Bachelor of Engineering and Technology/Pharmacy courses (B.Tech and B.Pharma.) in government, grant-in-aid and self financed engineering institutes in the state. GUJCET is not conducted for admission in MBBS.
To enroll in M.B.B.S. course you have to appear in NEET exam conducted for admission
